Before becoming an agent, I spent five years working as a State Farm Team Member, learning the business and gaining firsthand experience helping customers protect what matters most. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Davis Olson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
